Customers can request a return within the return window listed on the product (default 7 days from delivery).
Once a return request is accepted and the product is received back in original condition, BrokerHub refunds the customer from the escrow-held amount before releasing any payout to the product owner or marketer.
Delivery charges on returns are recovered per our Terms.
