Return and cancellation eligibility depends on the active store policy and the condition in which an item is received.
If there is a problem with an order
Contact us through the store contact page with the order details and a clear description of the issue. If photos are relevant, keep them ready so the issue can be reviewed.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are easiest to handle before an order is packed or dispatched. Once an order has entered shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions first.
